"Scents were really disappointing"
I really wanted to like Goat Milk Stuff, but the scents just didn’t land for me at all. They sounded nice when I was reading through the site, so I thought I was picking things I’d actually enjoy.
Once they arrived, though, a lot of them were either way too strong, kind of odd, or so light that I could barely smell them after using them once. The descriptions didn’t really match what I expected, which was frustrating.
I did reach out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody really read what I wrote. I get that scent is personal, but I wish there were better samples or clearer descriptions, because I ended up not using most of what I bought.

"Quick delivery, no need to deal with support"
My order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed really well, and nothing leaked or broke. i’m always a little wary of having to contact customer service if something goes wrong, so I was relieved there were no issues at all. Happy with the whole shipping experience.

I’ve been trying to pay more attention to what I put on my skin lately, especially since the weather’s been all over the place and my bathroom cabinet is already way too crowded. I really like that the ingredients feel simple and not overwhelming. Since using it, my skin has been feeling a lot less itchy, which is such a relief.

"Not sure how I feel about it"
I thought this would be a safe pick for my sensitive skin since it felt really gentle at first, but somehow it still ended up drying me out. So I’m a little confused, my skin didn’t freak out, but it didn’t feel great either.

"Turns out soap can actually be nice to my skin"
I’ve bought a few bars now, which is saying something because apparently I’ve become a person with opinions about soap. But the quality is great. My skin feels way less dry after showers, and I don’t get that weird tight feeling like my body is trying to shrink-wrap itself. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, happy with it
